Tianjin Eco City

This project involves the masterplanning of 35.5 hectares within the central area of a new city outside Tianjin, China. The scope of the masterplan includes the creation of the central business district with offices, retail and hotel accommodation and detailed design of a cultural quarter to accommodate seven civic buildings along the waterfront. The cultural buildings include a science and technology museum, art gallery and museum, planning exhibition centre, library & archive, environmental protection museum, senior centre and workers cultural palace. Overall the masterplan covers 1.1million square metres of development.
