Swanscombe Road

This development of mixed tenure housing has brought back into beneficial use a derelict site at the edge of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea which had remained undeveloped for many years due to the presence of substantial underground services.
Avanti’s design successfully negotiated all the technical constraints and offered a sufficiently cost effective scheme to ensure the project could be delivered. The scheme has helped stitch together a fragmented area of the borough, contributed positively to the local Conservation Area and improve the overall surrounding townscape.
