PPP Social Housing – Ireland

Avanti were responsible for the simultaneous delivery of eight social housing developments across the Republic of Ireland for the NDFA (National Development Finance Agency), comprising  465 units across a range of house and apartment types. The homes have been designed to perform effectively in operation and to be well constructed, durable, reliable, and easy to use. Built to NZEB standards, they provide occupants with the benefits of lower lifecycle costs and reduced utility bills. All homes have achieved an A2 Building Energy Rating.

The schemes adopted a simple and contextual language of render and natural stone with native tree planting and creation of high quality play areas and landscape securing the long terms sustainability of these developments within their communities.

The projects adopted modern methods of construction including offsite manufacture to ensure delivery on time and budget with full BIM coordination to ensure quality and predictability of outcome.
