Levita House
LondonThe Grade II listed Levita House was designed by G Topham Forrest in 1930–1, yet by 1997 had fallen into disrepair and visual disorder. Avanti addressed this through cleaning, repairs and anti-graffiti coating to gateway, including replacement of its spanning beam, together with restoration of shop fronts to their original condition. The works help to define a clear perimeter to Levita House, accentuating its identity and improving the public realm.
