Jack Hunt School

Peterborough

Jack Hunt School is a 1450 pupil secondary school with a specialism in languages and a sixth form centre. The project involved a new state-of-the-art sports, expressive arts and general teaching block with extensive landscape upgrade to the existing external piazza space.

At the heart of the new block, which was strategically sited to clarify the community and school zones, is a social gathering space serving all areas of the building. The project also included extensive refurbishment work to enhance the learning resource centre, provide greater capacity for special needs pupils and improve student services.
