Fleur de Lis Commercial Development

London

This project comprises a triangular site of approximately 0.28 hectares directly adjacent to the Elder Street Conservation area. The site contains seven properties including late nineteenth and twentieth century warehouses. The design proposals includes retaining and converting valuable historic buildings and redeveloping late twentieth century structures which add little value. New floor plates have been designed for future flexibility and to sympathetically stitch into adjacent warehouse buildings.  Overall the scheme delivers 8,500msq of new office space.
