Epworth House

Epworth House is located in close proximity to the burgeoning TMT cluster development around the Old street Roundabout. Working on behalf of a private investment fund, Avanti have developed proposed for reconfiguring the building to suit the needs of SMEs. The renewal works include relocating the main entrance to create a new Shoreditch address, an overhaul of the vertical movement and light-wells, additional commercial accommodation at basement floor and an additional rooftop floor and a wholesale rebranding of the building to meet the needs of new users.
