Enfield High Street Regeneration

Avanti are working with Enfield Council on a range of high street regeneration projects. At Ponders End High Street, our proposals integrate commercial, education and community facilities, together with high-density residential development, to ensure the long-term sustainability of the high street as a hub for the community. Diversification of uses helps ensure greater footfall and improved economic environment for small retailers and SMEs.

Our proposals draw on Avanti’s experience in delivering council-led mixed-use projects, e.g. The Makers and Walworth Town Hall, as well as smaller social enterprise projects such as the Isokon Gallery.
