Banbury Road

Avanti has recently received planning consent for Regent’s Park College in Oxford for new student residential accommodation on the main thoroughfare of Banbury Road in north Oxford. The scheme consists of refurbishment and extension of an existing student house to create 19 study bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and communal student amenity. The elegant two storey extension sits sensitively alongside adjacent properties and contributes positively to the conservation area.  The project is due to move to construction phase in 2024.

Regent’s Park College is a Christian foundation in the University of Oxford with a town centre campus situated off the main thoroughfare of St Giles. The college offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses mainly in the field of arts and humanities. The town centre campus comprises a variety of teaching and residential accommodation including the Angus library and archive, a leading collection of Baptist history and worldwide heritage.
