Two Georgian Grade II* Listed houses were returned to residential use by a sensitive conversion within the constraints of housing association funding and statutory regulations. Great care was taken to retain and restore the historic features within the houses. No. 50 accommodates two hostel flats for single women and nos. 52 and 54 contain eight fair rent flats.
