The Old County Offices

Avanti has recently received planning consent for the regeneration of the Old County Offices in Aylesbury. The building is situated in the heart of the town centre and of local historic interest. Following an unsympathetic demolition of a rear annexe which has left an urban scar across the centre, the building has remained vacant.  Avanti’s scheme brings back the building into beneficial residential use.  The scheme is a blend of judicious repair and alteration combined with a new contemporary and sympathetic rear façade.
