Partnerships Awards 2022 Winner

Our PPP Social Housing projects for TORC Sustainable Housing has been declared the winner at this year’s Partnerships Awards for Best Social Infrastructure Project. Avanti have led on 211 homes across four sites out of a total of 465 homes for the Bundle 2 phase as a whole we have delivered in partnership with Rhatigan Architects.

The Partnerships Awards 2022 are the industry’s biggest and most prestigious celebration of excellence in the industry. This year, the awards reflect the outstanding efforts made by organisations and individuals to go above and beyond in response to the particular challenges caused by the pandemic.

The scheme is also in running for further awards this year including as a finalist in the Irish Construction Excellence Awards 2022 – Residential Social and Affordable Housing over €10m.
