Mayow Road housing planning win

Our Mayow Road housing scheme has won planning consent following a positive planning committee decision in October. The project is a pioneering combination of supported living and homes for families with temporary housing needs for Lewisham Council. The project is designed to a high standard of quality with generous 2 and 3 bed family apartments and a cluster of six supported living flats with communal garden and facilities.

Avanti now await the outcome of two other projects for Lewisham Council – our Greenvale School for special needs pupils facing Mayow Road housing, and a small site development for temporary needs housing on Canonbie Road.
