Luxborourgh Tower Gardens

Avanti Architects in collaboration with JL Gibbons Landscape Architects are currently redesigning the grounds surrounding Luxborough Tower, Marylebone, built in 1965, containing 115 apartments over 21 storeys. The architectural elements of the scheme comprise three components: a new pedestrian site entrance on Luxborough Street, new porches to the existing tower block entrances (south and north side) and provision of architectural screens within the block undercrofts.
