Inside Housing Development Awards 2023 Shortlist

We are proud to announce that our William Muge and Snelgrove Housing project in Dover is shortlisted for a 2023 Inside Housing Development Award!

Under the category of ‘Best shared ownership development’, this pioneering mixed-tenure town centre regeneration site delivers a new exemplar for tenure-blind, high-quality housing for Dover whilst using a pocket park as a forum for community social interaction. The scheme repairs a post WW2 damaged streetscape by creating new active frontages and reinstating the historic street pattern.

We look forward to the awards this Friday, September 29^th!
