Avanti Architects are delighted to have been selected as one of three practices for The Guinness Partnership Architect framework for London, the South and South-East. We will be supporting Guinness in the delivery of a significant programme of new build schemes over the term of the four-year framework. The Guinness development programme is expected to focus on larger 25-to-500-unit schemes though it may include some smaller schemes as required.
Founded in 1890 by brewer and businessman Sir Edward Guinness as a charitable organisation to provide better housing for working class Londoners – The Guinness Partnership now owns and manages around 65,000 homes across England. And are planning to deliver 5,500 new homes by March 2024 of which 5,000 will be affordable.
The Architect framework will help foster close, long-term working relationships between the selected partners and Guinness’s development team to deliver an exemplary standard of affordable homes, building on the long history of the organisation.
