Flagship regeneration scheme starts on site

Avanti’s £110m mixed use regeneration scheme at Nile Street has financially closed and has started on site. This flagship scheme which is located in the heart of Shoreditch is an innovative new model for densifying inner city sites in a sustainable manner.  175 residential units and commercial space are created above a school in the form  of a 2 storey podium, a 7 storey street block and a 29 storey tower.  A substantial new public space for Londoners is also created as part of the scheme as well as general improvements in connectivity across the neighbourhood.
