Canonbie Road planning approved

10 January 2020

Our housing scheme for temporary accommodation homes for Lewisham have obtained planning consent with unanimous approval at committee. The planning committee praised the level of design quality for these much-needed homes for families with emergency needs. This follows on from another successful planning application for 32 temporary and supported homes in Mayow Road.

These exemplar homes provide spatious dual-aspect apartments with both private south-facing private terrace spaces as well as a shared garden. The materials and detailing are inspired by the richness in brickwork detailing in the wider Forest Hill area.
