Avanti with Docomomo at The Florey Building

Last weekend Avanti Director Amir Ramezani and Associate Director Fiona Lamb presented to a 40 strong audience at the Florey Building, Queens College at an event hosted by modern movement guardians Docomomo.

Avanti were appointed, following a design competition, to restore this seminal building designed by James Stirling to meet modern day demands.  Amir and Fiona discussed the rich history of the scheme and Avanti’s plans to protect this remarkable building for future generations to enjoy.
