Avanti Architects awarded place on NHS Property Services Framework

Avanti Architects are delighted to announce their appointment to the new NHS Property Services framework, valued at £9.5 million. The four-year framework is divided into four geographical lots – North, Midlands, London, and South – with Avanti successfully securing places on both the London and South lots.

The framework will deliver a wide range of projects across England, supporting NHS Property Services in managing its extensive estate of 26 million m² spanning more than 1,200 sites.

Avanti is currently collaborating with NHS Property Services Ltd and the North Central London Integrated Care System on the phased repair of the Grade I listed Finsbury Health Centre. The recent completion of the first phase of façade replacement represents a key milestone in the restoration of this iconic health facility, ensuring its preservation for future generations.
