Avanti in conjunction with Benson and Forsyth Architects were selected in an invited competition by Land Securities to work on part of the overall 270,000m sq mixed use development. The proposal along Buckingham Palace Road is for 25,400m sq of residential and commercial space and forms the interface between the historic fabric of Belgravia and the 21st century development on Victoria Street.
As part of the wider team Avanti’s expertise was used to provide range of facade studies for other high rise residential and commercial towers.
