One Shoreditch High Street

One Shoreditch High Street is a new build mixed use commercial building facing Liverpool Street station. In addition to the office space which is largely located on the upper floors, the scheme will also provide retail and restaurant/public house space at ground floor level.
As a result of redefining edges and boundaries the project offers significant opportunities for enhancement of the public realm. It is proposed to reinstate the historic courtyard called Blossom Place which early maps show located in the southern section of the site interior. This reconfigured space in the heart of the scheme, together with a connected courtyard stretching north, will serve all the adjoining properties within the scheme, introducing light, air and legibility, relieving the current congestion and creating a valuable social amenity.
