Fleur de Lis Commercial Development

London

This project comprises a triangular site of approximately 0.28 hectares (0.69 acres) directly adjacent to the Elder Street Conservation area. The site contains seven properties including late nineteenth and twentieth century warehouses. The former buildings are of a historic nature and are being retained for conversion whilst the late twentieth century additions were capable of being redeveloped. Other smaller properties on the site are local listed and also need to be retained.
Avanti scheme delivers 8,500msq of new office space in new buildings and in conversion of existing buildings. The new buildings have been designed to maximise floor plate and to stitch into the context of the adjacent warehouses.
